Do you offer a warranty on your work?
We offer a one year warranty on all of our projects!
Will you look at a house we are thinking of buying?
When you have a home under contract we are happy to meet with you and walk through it!
In what areas do you work?
We travel within a 90 minute radius around Lancaster, but would consider going further if project is large enough.
When do you schedule appointments?
We prefer to schedule all sales appointments during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm), but we can make other arrangements if need be.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes we do! Upon your initial inquiry we will have someone meet you at your project to discuss the details and get a better picture of what the job will involve.
How long does a custom home take to build?
On average, a custom home will take 8-10 months, but that timeframe can vary based on size and scope of customization.
What does your design process look like?
Our team of designers not only help you to visualize your space using a 3D rendering program, they also offer help with color palette and finish selections to customize your space in a way that aligns with the aesthetic you desire.
What is the average cost of a full bathroom remodel?
The final cost of a remodel is based on style, quality of finishes, etc. so it can range pretty drastically, but the average bathroom typically falls between $25-$30,000.
What is the average cost of a kitchen remodel?
Just like bathroom remodels, the final cost of a kitchen is dependent on many variables (Ex. custom vs. prefab cabinetry, line of plumbing fixtures, price point of tile, etc.) but typically ends up around $50,000.
